New MESHUGGAH Album Title & Release Date Confirmed!

We knew Meshuggah was releasing a new album this year, we just didn’t know when… until
Editors note, the new issue of Revolver Magazine has an ad for the next Meshuggah album which proudly declares the album will be called The Violent Sleep of Reason and it will be released October 7th. Sadly, we can’t make out any text because of the blurry quality of the photo, but the artwork looks sick:

Meshuggah have released two teasers so far with little snippets of music: Teaser 1 & Teaser 2.

Meshuggah just released a crazy box set and will be touring this fall with High on Fire
