The next installment of Dave Matthews Band long-running Live Trax series of archival releases features an official recording of the group’s visit to Camden, New Jersey on June 29, 2013. A 3-CD version of Live Trax Vol. 45: 6.29.13 Susquehanna Bank Center, Camden, NJ is due to ship on August 7 with downloads available on August 10. DMB shared a professionally-shot video from the show featured on Live Trax Vol. 45.
Among the highlights of DMB’s June 29, 2013 visit to Camden was the first “Halloween” set closer since 1998, a four-song encore and a fiery “So Much To Say.” The latter can be viewed below:
Here’s a description of the forthcoming set:
From the opening notes of Dreamgirl (the first time this song opened a show since 2005) all the way through the 20 min Two Step show closer, this performance from the Susquehanna Bank Center has something for every discerning DMB fan’s ear. The band always seems at home on the stage in Camden, NJ, treating the crowd with gems across their repertoire – from the intimate Belly Full to the fully rocking cover of Led Zeppelin’s Good Times Bad Times. All in all, this show is a mix of old and new, with an energetic crowd taking in some fantastic performances.
Both the 3-CD set and digital downloads are up for pre-order at the band’s online store.
